• How many times can I use the FusedForm Generator?

  As many times as you want to! Use it to generate customized Infusionsoft Order forms for anything you can think of. The only limit is your creativity!

• I don't have an Infusionsoft account. Can I still use FusionForms?

  Not really. Unless you have a web developer handy to port your customized FusedForm style into another payment framework, it’s not really possible to use FusedForms without Infusionsoft.

• Who is Marketing Automation Group; I see their name on the bottom of this website and on your order form.

• I paid my money; what's next? How does this work?

  If you’ve completed the checkout process, and entered in your Infusionsoft Subdomain, then just hang tight and keep an eye on your inbox. Our support staff will send you a note with all the next steps and details a little while after your payment clears. Then you’ll be able to access the FusedForms Membership site.

• Does the modified Order Form reside inside Infusionsoft or do I need to host it somewhere?

  FusedForms simply allows you to customize and personalize the forms you make with Infusionsoft. FusedForms only helps you adjust an order form’s design; all the real working parts are still happening inside Infusionsoft. Another way of saying it: The order form still resides in Infusionsoft; All we do is style it and add capability.

• Does Fused Forms work with only with infusionsoft Order Forms, or can it be used with other web forms that have custom fields?

  The code generated by FusedForms could be used to create a stand-alone web order form template, but would require the expertise of a professional web developer.

  For everyone who isn’t a professional web developer, the short answer is that FusedForms is only for Infusionsoft.

• Do these forms work with Infusionsoft’s new order forms or are your Fused Forms compatible with Legacy only?

  Fused Forms work exclusively with Infusionsoft and the newer order forms, NOT legacy forms.

• Is there any satisfaction guarantee?

  Yes, on our website and order form, it says a 30 day full refund is guaranteed if you are not satisfied with our product.

• Do images come with the package?

  We provide the background images as well as the guarantee and trust icons, which you can use or modify to your liking. We assume that you will have your own logo and product images.

• Can the guarantee sticker be removed?

  Yes. Click on the “eyeball” icon to “hide” it when creating your form.

• Are there any sample FusedForms that I can look at?

• Will purchases made in a FusedForms order form trigger my Infusionsoft campaigns as they would if the order took place on plain Infusionsoft form?

  Yes, all your normal actions, campaigns, and triggers will work the exact same way they always do.

• What drives the timed countdown; do I need to input a date somewhere?

  The timed countdown cookies a visitors browser upon their first visit and counts down the amount of time the offer is available based on the unique initial visit timestamp.You will be instructed on how to set this up inside FusedForms if you chose to use the Timed Countdown feature.

• Can you hide certain form fields? (eg. Address)

  Yes, currently FusedForms supports hiding the address 2 and phone number fields, but you can control your fields with more granularity inside your Infusionsoft settings.

• Does the modified Order Form reside inside Infusionsoft or do I need to host it somewhere?

• Is Fused Forms like a “plug-in” that works inside Infusionsoft?

  FusedForms is not really a plug in, it’s a website with a configuration form. You fill out the form with the options and images you want to use and when you hit submit, FusedForms generates all the design code needed to create the fancy elements you’d otherwise have to pay a web developer to create. The code only works if you copy/paste it into Infusiosoft.
  Infusionsoft lets you edit the CSS & HTML of an order form, building on framework elements they’ve established to work with the Infusionsoft system. FusedForms is simply making it easier to customize those design elements without knowing how to read and write CSS/HTML.
